This place is super unprofessional. I went in to get some medical supplies for our Group Home and the staff was extremely rude. They were gossiping amongst each other. She (some heavy set woman) finally rang me up and then when I wasn’t looking at the credit card machine, she signed her signature for our company card without my consent. Then looked at me like I was crazy because I told her I wanted to sign due to the fact it’s a company card….. after looking at the receipt I see she rang me up some something completely different then a box of gloves. Auth No. 00742G if you’d like to look into it. We won’t be bringing our business back here which is sad because we’ve been coming here for 10 years.

3 yrs Customer every month , filling required R/X now do not have instock ,no warning , Ok I deal with that .One worker makes asumptions , about my scrip , i will not even fill a Z pack here anymore. Understand about the backorder , it is a smokescreen for how I get treated on this type R/X. Since Bruce retired from Rexal about Year 1/2 ago , Nothing but bad Service from the pharmacy personnel, However the ladies have great Even bad customer service and they refuse to fill my RX because personal dislikes towards me. RUDE to doctors office as well Be careful if the establishment grows to not like a person , example myself, They absolutely will not fill your prescription,

This pharmacy is a scam, do not go here. They are trying to rip off senior citizens. My parents wanted to support a local business but instead they tried to take advantage of them. Due to their error in submitting their prescription to Medicare, they made my parent wait months to get referrals and that were not needed. Then when they went to pick up the prescription, which should have only cost $7, they said it would be over $200. They caused pain and suffering with their scam since my parent could not get their medication for a long time. My parents then went down the street to Publix and got it in a few days for $7.

I absolutely adore the staff. They are all very friendly, exceptionally helpful, and get the prescriptions correct- even when it may be a bit complicated. They even called me for clarity and a possible correction. They do it w/a cheerful attitude and pleasant communication. I am a full-time RVer and unlike sooo many other pharmacies I've dealt with during my travels, Dania Rexall gets the job done right! I very much appreciate they're going the extra mile for people like me. 👍

I dont write reviews often, actually i think this is my 2nd review EVER!! The woman that answers the phone at Rexall on Thursdays at 11 a.m, if i was management/owner i would definitely consider tighten up on customer service. Just plain ignorance!! She had the nastiest attitude, and hung up on me. I thought maybe it was me. So I had my friend call back being very polite, and she hung up on him as well! i just moved to Dania Beach, and noticed they were just around the corner from where i live. I normally like to give my business to the local mom and pop shops in the community, rather than giving it to a corporate company. Ill look for other local pharmacies, if not i will settle with Walgreens the next light up the road! Ive waited over 3hrs to decide whether or not to post this, dont want to get anyone in trouble. 3hrs later, and I still has me feeling the same. Then I thought about the owner. Im sure he/she worked hard to get to where they are. Sales is very important piece to your success. I wouldnt want some p.o.s hanging up on my companies customers/potential clients(right or wrong), especially with a giant like Walgreens taking a big chunck of your business to start off with. Sorry nasty lady on the phone but I had to do it! Sorry if you were just having a bad day, but from the sounds of it. Im not the first or last person that has caught your attitude.
