Rarely do I ever feel compelled to leave a review. Today I had the pleasure of being greeted by Jose in Chanel fragrances. Not only was I introduced to two new fragrances but I was educated on some of Chanel’s history and I appreciate the light/enjoyment he expressed while teaching. He loves what he does and I wish him the best. I hope the Chanel the company actually knew who he was. I can go on for a while. Extremely rare. Made my day. Blessings to him

My review is based on Customer Service counter located on the 1st floor near the mens department. I was there today to return some items and had the misfortune of being helped by a lady, Audi. Had a very condescending response when I said I need help with my return. After doing my first return she had me stand watching her hang, sensor, and put sticker on my return item which I feel should have been done at a later time instead of having me wait for my next return item until she’s ready. Very unpleasant and she even suggested next time for me to mail my return through the mail so I wouldn’t come back to the store. Very rude comment. I came to the store for a reason if I wanted to do it through the mail I would have. After this encounter I didn’t even want to look around the store anymore.

Macy's is a great store to shop for all your fashion needs. The pricing is good compared to other brands, and the store is always clean. One thing to note is that during peak hours, the checkout lines can get a bit long, so it's best to plan accordingly. The space is quite large, and you can find almost all the best clothing brands selling their products at a discount. Their "backstage" section is particularly noteworthy, as it has some amazing deals on offer. Overall, Macy's is a great place to find everything you need for your wardrobe at affordable prices.

I went to Chanel counter this afternoon and was greeted by Jose. He was so nice and professional. There was a woman, that was also working at the Chanel counter that was nice and thanked me in Spanish in order to be friendlier since she knew that was my native language.

I never say this, but I am hurt and I have to. I walk little different because I am handicapped. Someone who was there in customer service near Levi’s section on 1st floor at 2:45 PM on May 23rd was very rude. Guess he needs some training in “Customer Service” on how to handle differently abled people. I didn’t purchase just because of his rudeness. I had to give specifics because he didn’t have badge and when asked, he said he was “George”. I am not sure if it is his real name. Not returning here anytime. Felt really bad with the way he spoke.
