I had to cancel my first order because they were out of stock. They called me, told me about it canceled the order for me. I put in a new order and picked up my order at the store. The service was quick and great.

Good university-branded gear. Limited stationery and books for the general public.

Looks very nice. Some things are overpriced and some things are cheaper than you can find them elsewhere. The latter is much more rare than the former, but it's pretty impressive considering that it is a university store. One time I was told to deposit my backpack while another person was let in, despite having a bag a larger size. Seems random, but made me feel weird. I understand why they do it, but it makes me feel squicky

Pricey… but all bookstores are. But overall, top notch. I wish they had an alumni discount.

Love the UMBC Retrievers merchandise, thank you Darcy for helping me find some great apparel. Got the Champion Golden Grit shirt and the Blue84 Black True Grit hoodie. Awesome quality and looks great!
