The guard shack guys are great! So are the ladies in the receiving office! Appointment at 2200, unloaded and waiting for bills at 2223. Tight docks but there isn't a lot of other drivers backing all at once. Hope I get sent here again!

Second time on this place, check in is fine, ppl are kind , on 145 which is 2 miles behind here are more reasonable, I’ve tried to get unloaded early, unfortunately no a chance. Delivery is 9pm to 7am .

This place is SuperDuper slow. You get a door at the gate. If your door is 7 through 20, TIGHT!! Be sure to drive AROUND the maintenance to back into the door normally. Way too tight to even attempt blind side. After you get into the door you check into receiving (door 15). Again, slow. The clerk inputs the weights of every line item. And pray they don’t get interrupted by a text or a notification from social media, MySpace/Facebook/TicToc. That takes priority. Then check in with the lumpers (door 1, it’s actually a trailer near door 1). Then you wait, and wait. Then wait some more. 3 hours so far in a door, haven’t even started unloading me. Wait to pay lumper fees via Capstone. Then, you guessed it, wait for them to call.

It's not a bad place to unload, a little slow, yes, and strict with the appointment, if you arrive late, they will send you for another day according to what I read. Make the line of trucks on the street, for my part, when the time for my appointment was arriving, I went walking to the guard's office and told him that my appointment was at 11pm and that I didn't want to have problems, I pointed out that my truck was still 3rd in line and he told me OK, I know you arrived on time. Check in 11pm, there was no door, turn around and wait for me to call you. 11:30pm door, check in again with the guard and go to your door. Then shipping office that is between the first 20 doors, check in and then check in at another door, in the same office for lumper. Go to your truck and go to sleep, they will call you. 2:50am link to pay lumper, 3:15 call to pick up the papers, 3:30 already sleeping outside. They have parking available outside on the street, but they are well marked as parking. In general everyone was nice, the process was a little slow but it's not the worst place we have been.

I waited on side of road until about 20:30...checked in with guard. I was given a door quickly. I got door 11 which was not that tight. Some of the docks are really tight on down the line. Just be patient and take your time here... You'll be fine. There is a very slow check in time by dock 15. There is a huge awning to protect from rain. There is one woman in the office handling all receiving. Only 2 drivers inside at a time. It took my 1 hour & 13 minutes standing in line. Once checked in, they will start unloading you very promptly! The staff are really nice... Just very slooow! 3 stars because of slowness.
