We had an airport delayed baggage in El Paso that was keeping up from picking up the U-Haul on time and the place was supposed to closed by the time we’d make it… We called Patriot Rentals (this U-Haul dealer) and the lady was so helpful, offering to come back in later to open so we could pick up the vehicle. She was fantastic! This really saved us from having to find a different U-Haul in the size we needed so we could pack up our home for a move. We definitely recommend this location to others.
