A must visit place for those seeking knowledge! There is nothing like a real book in your hands to read. This experience can't be beat and you can feel it when you walk inside this bookstore. We picked up Napoleon Hill's "Law of Success", and there are so many other great books and other stuff from 'games', 'movies' like Harry Potter merchandise, and so many board games.. Walk in and be transfixed. The payment counter staff are friendly and smiling.

I honestly love the Barnes and Nobles. They get five stars from me. I’ve been coming here since I moved here over a decade ago. I love to read and I appreciate that they are still around and make physical books. The staff is pretty nice. I haven’t had any negative interactions with any staff. The store is clean, updated with new books and stuff. My review is more for the Starbucks within the BN. I love their snack selection. I really wish more Starbucks carried options like these. My dilemma is that they don’t restock the items and that’s saddening- which is why I rate them 3 stars. I’m not sure if that’s an organizational decision or location decision but it’s midkey frustrating. I love pastries, so far this place had fairly decent sized and tasty options. Anywho, the staff is awesome they are always kind and helpful. They move relatively quickly for the amount of people that come in the store. I would definitely recommend stopping in and bringing the kiddies too. They have a beautiful kid section for books in the Barnes and Nobles. I’ll be sure to update pictures soon.

Barnes and Noble never disappoints! Books, games, puzzles, music, movies - all sorts of media to browse and buy! This location has in-store restrooms, and a Starbucks for some yummy snacks and a coffee - there is also a little cafe area there to sit and read while you enjoy your food. The children's play area is spacious and has a great array of books for baby through early elementary. Shelving nearby has kids books and parenting style books. This location can be entered via the mall or its own entrance from outside.

I came into the store looking for a copy of meditations by Marcus Aurelius I was told there was some in stock via phone then told otherwise when I arrived but AMBER and her amazing customer service skills were able to hear me out and ultimately find the book I was looking for. Thank got for Amber

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager Refused to open gate to mall for 7 month pregnant woman who was parked on other side of the mall with no announcements or warnings of closing the back gate. It was just 2 minutes past six o’clock. And not only was our sale refused when the store was open but there was no warning when we walked in through the mall entrance just before 6pm that they would be closing the mall entrance to the store. Absolutely unacceptable. There was also an elderly man as well as another lady who heard no announcements yet were forced to walk around the front of the building in 92 degree weather to get back into the mall to get to where they parked. Utterly disgusting.
