This BX is in the process of renovation. It's a mess inside. Unlike a normal store where they make sure you barely notice the renovations the BX has stuff everywhere. It truly is disorganized and unprofessional. The staff doesn't know where anything is. I even spoke to someone at home and garden who said "those employees don't know anything". The food court was nice. About just as good as one at a mall. Not a ton of selection but seems good from what they have.

I think it's a nice place. I been to so many other places where they don't have anything. The people are friendly and helpful.

Large exchange with decent pistol inventory.  Friendly staff eager to help.  Exceptionally unique & creative concessionaires.  The food court is excellent.

Call today and ask polite and specific questions of a lady working in the gun sales department. She obviously does not know enough about guns to be working in that department when I explained to her that I know specifically what I’m looking for and asked about a specific model, she became irritated, she then told me the gun I was interested in is not Maryland compliant which I already know is false when I ask her what does she mean? She replied well if I can get you to calm down, I will tell you. I was not emotional loud belligerent or rude. I was in fact, very polite and respectful. When I try to call the store to talk to a store manager the customer service number rings about 20 times and then the call is disconnected. I have had similar experiences with this exchange, and I have to question the leadership that runs it, and the training of their subordinate personnel. Customer should be treated with dignity and respect, and what I experience today was unprofessional And my attempts to contact the store to speak to. Someone are blocked by their inability to answer the phone after many attempts and letting it ring a lot. I would ask the store manager to please read this review and take this seriously I really don’t want to elevate this kind of a complaint up the chain of command through the military leadership or a fees management worldwide but if this continues, I will seek to get the problem fixed so that others don’t experience what I experienced today

I ate at Charley’s sub and it was clean and people were nice , food was not good at all, hot, greasy and bland.
